Job summary

Relias US is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to manage Salesforce and related Enterprise SaaS applications. You will act as the Salesforce administrator for Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and related tools, ensuring data integrity, governance, and scalable integration designs.

Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher.
Experience translating business requirements into actionable results.
2+ years in Salesforce as power user or administrator, with at least 1 year as an administrator.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Understand data flows and integrations; design scalable solutions across applications.
Provide day-to-day end user support and resolve tickets within SLAs.
Refine user stories in backlog in partnership with the broader team.
Maintain data governance and security configurations (roles, profiles, objects, fields).
Escalate issues to senior admins or product owner as needed.
Stay current on releases and providing guidance to IT and business leaders.
Assist with data migrations and system integrations during acquisitions.
Participate in IT projects like version upgrades or new implementations.
