Job summary

Verista is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to lead Salesforce and Certinia PSA efforts, design scalable solutions, and drive data-driven decisions. You'll partner with business leaders to prioritize enhancements, manage data quality, and oversee cross-functional integrations, including Tableau reporting for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Active Salesforce certification (Platform Admin / Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder).
• Expert-level knowledge of Flow, security/sharing, reports/dashboards, and data management tools.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and releases.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and ability to explain tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.
• Ability to document requirements and end-to-end processes.
• Project management skills including planning, tracking and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform: lead Salesforce admin and org-wide configuration.
• Set the roadmap with business leaders and balance quick wins with scalability.
• Design solutions using custom objects, Flow, approvals, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
• Support PSO lifecycle from opportunity to invoice, including timecard approvals.
• Administer Certinia PSA modules and align with Finance & Resource Management.
• Govern changes with standards for change management and release management.
• Lead data quality, deduplication, migrations, and large-volume data operations.
• Build executive-level reports and dashboards covering pipeline, utilization, backlog, and margins.
• Manage integrations with IT and partners; evaluate AppExchange packages.
• Mentor junior admins and train power users; be escalation point for Salesforce support.
• Stay current with Salesforce and Certinia releases and roll out new features.
