A major retail organization is hiring a Business Analyst and Project Manager to support its marketing and media operations. You will own projects from inception through rollout, build dashboards leadership uses to track category and campaign performance, and act as a strategic thought partner to the business.

Salesforce is central to this role. You will work inside it daily, and the reporting you build will pull from it.

• Lead every phase of the project life cycle: define the business need, set criteria and business requirements, assess business impact, design the solution, and roll it out.
• Contribute to the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes, and information systems solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and business strategies for projects, initiatives, and categories.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned projects or category of business.
• Run research and analysis that supports real decisions.
• Establish and report on performance metrics that show business value.
• Track category and program performance and flag trends early.
• Act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business.
