Job summary

Aquent LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Business Analyst and Project Manager to own projects from inception to rollout, build dashboards leadership uses to track performance, and act as a strategic partner to the business.

You will work daily inside Salesforce, pull data for reporting, and engage with paid social and ad platforms to inform decisions. Onsite 5 days a week in Smyrna, GA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience required.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in a large organization.
• Dashboard and reporting build experience (Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

A major retail organization is hiring a Business Analyst and Project Manager to support its marketing and media operations. You will own projects from inception through rollout, build the dashboards leadership uses to track category and campaign performance, and act as a strategic thought partner to the business.

Salesforce is central to this role. You will work inside it daily, and the reporting you build will pull from it. Exposure to paid social and ad serving platforms will put you ahead of the pack.

This is for someone who likes owning the whole thing. You define the problem, gather the requirements, figure out what it means for the business, and then take it live.

What You?ll Do

• Lead every phase of the project life cycle: define the business need, set criteria and business requirements, assess business impact, design the solution, and roll it out
• Contribute to the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes, and information systems solutions
• Build and maintain dashboards and business strategies for projects, initiatives, and categories
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned projects or category of business
• Run research and analysis that supports real decisions
• Establish and report on performance metrics that show business value
• Track category and program performance and flag trends early
• Act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business

Required

• Hands-on Salesforce experience. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
• Experience owning projects end to end in a large, matrixed organization
• Dashboard and reporting build experience (Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into a clear recommendation
• Business requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and hold your own in the room
• Able to work onsite in Smyrna, GA five days a week

• Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or Google Ad Manager experience
