84.51° is seeking a Salesforce Reporting & Analytics Specialist to develop, maintain, and govern Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support pipeline management, forecasting, revenue visibility, and executive decision‑making. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Five+ years’ experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, or analytical solutions in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Five+ years’ experience working with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, opportunity, or commercial‑performance data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies and validate data.
• Ability to communicate technical or analytical findings to nontechnical business stakeholders.
• Five+ years’ experience partnering across business and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting requests and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that support commercial, operational, forecasting, and executive reporting needs.
• Develop reporting solutions that provide visibility into pipeline, revenue, opportunity progression, quote performance, forecast performance, and other business‑critical metrics.
• Establish scalable reporting structures that meet both immediate business requirements and longer‑term analytical needs.
• Promote self‑service analytics and governance across Salesforce reporting, ensuring accurate data foundations for future automation.
