Guidehouse is seeking a Solution Consultant to translate customer needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work with delivery managers, architects and client partners from discovery through go-live and beyond.

Requirements include 3+ years in functional consulting, hands-on Salesforce configuration, and ability to lead workshops. US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance are required. Up to 25% travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Professional Services or delivery environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience; relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials)
• Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle—from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery workshops to surface challenges and solution requirements.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions per SPSM and Well-Architected framework.
• Create Technical Design Documents and solution blueprints for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA, Change Management, and Engagement Delivery Managers.
• Support UAT planning and defect triage with QA; assist go-live readiness and data migration validation.
