Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a ServiceNow senior consultant to lead projects within federal environments, translating requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with development teams, capture current processes, and design future state workflows while maintaining active security clearances.

You will also contribute to testing, training, and documentation, and stay current with ServiceNow trends to drive innovative deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Well-rounded technology consulting experience including defining requirements, leading client meetings, facilitating UAT, and training.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
