Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Solution Architect to own the overall design of the technical solution and guide Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications to meet client needs. You will lead discovery sessions, translate findings into technical requirements, and provide thoughtful leadership to project and client teams.

You will design Salesforce-based solutions, manage documentation, and oversee build tasks, estimates, and dashboards, while collaborating with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to

Qualifications

Experience in Health and Life Sciences industry.
4-6 years of Salesforce Platform Business Analysis experience.
Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications (minimum 4x).
Experience with SDLC, Agile or Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Design a solution leveraging Salesforce product, features, and best practices with custom components.
Produce architecture diagrams and high-level integration architecture documentation.
Oversee design, build, estimates, and reporting/UAT oversight.
