Job summary

Coastal is seeking an Industry Solutions Architect (Life Sciences) to work remotely in the United States. You will land Salesforce Health Cloud and Snowflake capability into Named Accounts, partnering with Client Partners on enterprise pursuits and delivering bottoms-up scoping and defensible effort models aligned to SOW/IWO.

The role requires deep HLS domain expertise, cross-functional collaboration with TCS, and potential transition to embedded delivery as programs close.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting delivery leadership with Salesforce & Snowflake experience.
• 5+ years in sales or pre-sales within SI/partner-driven environments.
• Ability to scope complex enterprise health programs from the bottom up.
• Strong HLS domain perspective across payers, providers, pharma, MedTech.

Responsibilities

• Partner two-in-a-box with Client Partners on Named Accounts, providing technical scoping and HLS credibility.
• Own bottoms-up scoping and estimating tied to SOW and IWO.
• Act as Voice of Healthcare & Life Sciences to prospects, clients, and TCS counterparts.
• Lead advisory engagements and support RFP responses with regulatory awareness.
