Job summary

PRO-spectus is seeking a Healthcare Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Health Cloud and Life Sciences. The role emphasizes architecture, data integrations, security, and governance across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and more.

The architect will gather requirements from stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and guide development teams to deliver compliant and robust Salesforce implementations in a remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leading Salesforce projects.
• Proficiency in configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
• Experience with Health Cloud/Life Sciences in production.
• Experience configuring reports and dashboards; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Healthcare domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with stakeholders and translating into technical specs.
• Designing scalable solutions using Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more.
• Developing data models, integrations, and security models following best practices.
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce apps including objects, fields, layouts, and rules.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and automation to streamline processes.
• Overseeing implementation and ensuring alignment with architecture and design.
• Leading technical teams and guiding project lifecycle.
