Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Health Cloud Solution Architect to lead Salesforce Health Cloud engagements for healthcare clients. You will design scalable, compliant architectures aligning business and clinical needs, and translate requirements into actionable implementation guidance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions, manage data, integrations, and regulatory considerations, and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or architecture
• 2+ years Health Cloud hands-on experience
• Healthcare payer/provider or pharma knowledge
• HIPAA and PHI handling understanding
• Experience with EHR integrations (MuleSoft or equivalent)
• Ability to translate design to business value

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Cloud solution design for healthcare engagements
• Conduct discovery and design sessions with stakeholders
• Document functional design artifacts
• Ensure regulatory compliance in designs
• Collaborate with leads to shape end-to-end architecture
• Translate designs for build teams and deployment
