Job summary

Brightwheel is seeking a results-driven GTM Operations leader to drive strategic, cross-functional programs across product lines. You will redesign frontline workflows in Salesforce, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations, and deploy AI-powered automation to scale frontline productivity.

You will translate business needs into scalable systems, lead complex programs from strategy through execution, and provide KPI-driven insights that guide prioritization and growth

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in GTM, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments with multi-product sales motions in vertical SaaS.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and analytics tools.
• Implemented automation or AI-enabled workflow improvements that boosted frontline productivity.
• Led cross-functional programs from strategy through execution with measurable improvements.
• Translated business needs into scalable systems and processes within Salesforce or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic, cross-functional GTM programs spanning multiple product lines.
• Redesign frontline workflows within Salesforce and related systems to reduce tech debt and improve funnel conversion.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations to align on go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across the GTM organization.
• Deploy and scale AI-driven workflow solutions to boost frontline productivity and reduce friction.
• Build executive-ready analyses and KPI-driven recommendations for prioritization and growth levers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities and track business performance.
