Qualifications

15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
7+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, solution architect, or revenue-generating role.
Salesforce architect certifications in one or more of the listed domains.
Strong experience in AI solutions on the Salesforce platform and beyond.
Excellent customer management and communication skills.
Ability to engage with clients and shape Salesforce-led engagements.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to accelerate technology modernization and AI adoption for Front Office systems.
Lead customer discussions, workshops, and discovery engagements to win new business pipeline.
Define and communicate the engineering vision and technology strategy for products and platforms.
Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of complex Salesforce programs.
Influence executive stakeholders by balancing customer needs, constraints, and outcomes.
Establish engineering KPIs, governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics.
Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies.
Engage with clients, participate in alliances and community forums, shape solutioning for Salesforce-led engagements.
