Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Business Applications Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for Salesforce.com, the quoting tool, and related business applications. You’ll document requirements, create test scripts, maintain data, and train users to ensure reliable business processes and a consistent user experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in supporting business applications, experience with Salesforce, and the ability to follow procedures while escalating non-routine issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in business applications support or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Working knowledge of quote-to-cash processes preferred.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and meet priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review workflows and document improvements for evaluation.
• Gather requirements, document with templates, route requests to IT.
• Maintain Salesforce objects, product records, pricing data, translations.
• Execute test scripts and report results to project owner.
• Provide first-line support for Salesforce and quoting-tool users.
