Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Business Applications Support Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support for Salesforce.com and the quoting tool. You will document requirements, manage cases, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with IT and business teams in Bothell, WA.

The role emphasizes test execution, user documentation, and delivering training content. Strong communication and timely issue resolution are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two to four years of experience supporting, administering, testing, or maintaining business applications or business-process systems
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM system preferred
• Working knowledge of quote-to-cash processes preferred
• Ability to follow documented procedures, maintain accurate records, manage priorities, and escalate exceptions appropriately

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Salesforce.com and the quoting tool; resolve routine issues using documented guidance
• Draft and maintain user documentation, quick-reference guides, and in-app guidance materials; deliver training
• Process approved new-user and existing-user setup requests following access-control procedures
• Prepare and distribute communications regarding new releases and functionality in the quoting tool and Salesforce.com
• Perform contract-management support tasks and assist contract administrators per procedures
