Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to oversee testing across our Salesforce platform. You will coordinate manual, automation and API testing, set testing standards, and drive platform-level adoption of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce testing experience, hands-on QA leadership, and a proven ability to collaborate with developers, architects, product owners and project teams, ensuring high quality releases

Formación

7+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, including test planning, execution, regression testing, and test automation.
Strong experience leading or coordinating QA teams in Salesforce environments.
7+ years of hands-on experience with API testing and validating system integrations, data, and end-to-end workflows.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, data relationships, security, configuration, and customization.
Experience with database/query or development tools such as Oracle SQL Developer or Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) is strongly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, or other test automation tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and coordinating QA across sprints and releases.

Responsabilidades

Lead and coordinate QA activities across Salesforce projects and releases.
Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, regression suites, and testing standards.
Coordinate manual, automated, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Establish consistent QA processes and quality standards across Salesforce teams.
Coordinate the platform-level implementation and use of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Identify opportunities to automate critical business processes and increase regression coverage.
Manage defect tracking, triage, retesting, and release-readiness activities.
Ensure thorough testing of Salesforce configuration, Flows, security, Apex, Lightning components, APIs, and integrations.
Partner with development and business teams to identify risks and quality concerns.
Provide visibility into testing progress, defects, risks, and release quality.
