Virtusa is seeking a senior Salesforce QA professional who can contribute from day one. You will analyze requirements, develop test plans, and lead test case reviews in an onsite-offshore model.

The role emphasizes 6+ years of QA experience with Salesforce, CRT expertise, and hands-on work with Salesforce Cloud. You will create 500+ automated tests in TOSCA and drive defect resolution with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a QA Engineer with strong focus on Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with CRT and maintaining 500+ test cases.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents, and translate them into a comprehensive Test Plan.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and alignment with requirements.
• Lead and participate in test case review meetings, execute test cases efficiently, document defects, and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Write and maintain 500+ automated test cases in TOSCA.
• Analyze test results to validate existing functionality, working closely with development and BSA teams to resolve defects.
• Create and maintain meaningful defect metrics to track progress and milestones.
• Communicate daily progress, issues, and risks to the QA Lead and project teams.
• Coordinate and work effectively in an onsite-offshore model.
