Job summary

Felsen Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to define and drive the QA strategy across Salesforce implementations. You will oversee testing efforts and lead a team of QA analysts, delivering high-quality results in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of QA experience with Salesforce, hands-on automation skills with Playwright, Copado, Provar or Selenium, and a strong grasp of QA best practices and SDLC. This is a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall QA strategy for Salesforce implementations

• Lead and mentor QA analysts and ensure high‑quality test delivery

• Plan, execute, and manage functional, regression, and integration testing

• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of overall QA experience, with strong Salesforce testing exposure

• Prior experience in a QA Lead role
