Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to oversee and coordinate testing activities across our Salesforce platform. This role will lead QA resources across multiple initiatives, establish testing standards, coordinate manual and automated testing, and help drive platform-level adoption of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce testing experience, hands-on knowledge of manual, automation, and API testing, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience including test planning, execution, and automation.
Experience leading or coordinating QA teams across Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of API testing and data validation for integrations.
Certifications in Salesforce and Copado are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate QA activities across Salesforce projects and releases.
Define test strategies, plans, cases, and regression suites.
Coordinate manual, automated, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Ensure QA processes and standards across Salesforce teams.
