Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Salesforce QA professional to support QA across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with both manual and automated testing. You will partner with Agile delivery teams to validate CRM functionality, integrations, and UAT criteria on enterprise rollouts.

The role is hybrid and requires advanced English proficiency. The candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience, familiarity with data models, and strong defect management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, and core data models.
• Practical experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Working knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or the Salesforce Test Framework.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery practices.
• Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proven collaboration with developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, plus advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review Salesforce requirements, user stories, and functional specs to define testing scope and objectives.
• Build detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios covering functional flows and edge cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests across functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT cycles.
• Log, track, and communicate defects to development teams with clear, actionable detail.
• Re-run regression and impact tests after system changes to protect existing functionality.
• Develop and maintain automated scripts to broaden coverage and shorten release cycles.
