Niuro seeks a senior Salesforce Consultant to lead delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, while supporting larger engagements as a workstream lead. You will be a trusted client advisor, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide teams to meet scope, timelines and quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce projects and managing client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live.

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and client-facing documentation.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, and change requests with a focus on SOW alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with developers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical specs for Salesforce solutions.
• Plan and execute testing including UAT and data validation.
• Plan and manage data migration and loading with Data Loader.

We are seeking a senior Salesforce Consultant to lead delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, while supporting larger engagements as a workstream lead. You will serve as a trusted client advisor, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and quality expectations.You will translate requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, configure the platform, manage testing and data migration, and guide clients through UAT. This role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, and lead workstreams on larger engagements.
• Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating meetings, presenting updates, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, sprint activities, status reports, and client-facing documentation using Jira and related tools.
• Manage scope, budget, hours, risks, decisions, and change requests, escalating blockers early and keeping delivery aligned with the SOW.
• Coordinate developers, architects, and client stakeholders to maintain priorities, resolve blockers, and support effective delivery.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and Salesforce solutions using Flows, OmniScripts, custom fields, and Lightning Pages.
• Plan and execute testing, including UAT, triage configuration issues and bugs, and validate solutions against project requirements.
• Plan and manage data migration and loading with Data Loader, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Experience managing Salesforce projects end to end, including Project Management, Change Management, scope, timelines, and client communication.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Requirements Analysis, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Data Loader, Data Migration, Salesforce Testing, testing, and UAT.
• Comfort using Claude and other AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Custom Fields, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Scope Management, Risk Management, Status Reporting, Technical Specifications, Bug Triage.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Must reside in the US.
