Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Cloud and deep Salesforce architecture expertise.

• Strong understanding of data governance and integration architectures.
• Advanced Salesforce architect certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape the architecture and development standards for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring the platform supports commercial priorities and operational stability. You will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external collaborators to translate needs into scalable platform solutions. The position also owns governance for AI capabilities, data models, integration patterns, and ongoing platform enhancement across multiple teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,500 – $240,500 annually
