Job summary

Jobgether SRL, based in the United States, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce technology engagements for enterprise clients from initiation through delivery.

You will own scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery across multiple engagements, while collaborating with delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; equivalent combinations of education and technical experience may also be considered.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within technology consulting or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and implement clear processes and procedures that improve operational and project management effectiveness.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platforms and products; Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with digital experience or creative design projects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder and end-user needs, business problem analysis, solution development, SDLC methodologies, and structured discover, design, execute, and deploy project lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from initiation through completion while managing multiple engagements at different stages simultaneously.
  • Experience driving service delivery from opportunity analysis and relationship development through delivery strategy and execution.
  • Ability to navigate complex business initiatives, influence and negotiate with stakeholders, and establish long-term objectives supported by clear strategies and actions.
  • Metrics-driven approach with strong deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, intuitive, and collaborative, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with agile project management approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PM deliverables including project plans, budget and timeline reports, and issue and risk tracking and mitigation plans.
  • Create delivery strategies and staffing plans with project and delivery leaders for success.
  • Forecast project resource requirements and communicate staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project budgets against approved plans and resolve variances with clients and teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure deliverables stay on track across engagements.
  • Establish and implement PM processes and best practices while maintaining reporting standards.
  • Manage scope changes and prevent creep by evaluating requests outside original specs.
  • Ensure quality through planning, execution, QA, and QC practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams on agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality technology solutions that create client value and satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing projects and client organizations.
  • Support full service-delivery lifecycle from identifying opportunities to delivery execution.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex Salesforce technology engagements for enterprise clients from project initiation through successful delivery. You will take ownership of scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and overall project execution across multiple parallel engagements. The position combines hands‑on project leadership with client relationship management and strategic account development. You will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. A strong focus on process improvement, quality, and agile delivery will help ensure consistently strong outcomes. Accountabilities
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive project management deliverables, including project plans, budget and timeline reports, and issue and risk tracking and mitigation plans.
