Job summary

Recruiterthon LLC is assisting a client in Juno Beach, FL to hire a Salesforce Product Owner. The remote/on-site posture is 5 days onsite in Juno Beach, with a contract duration of 6 to 12 months and potential extension.

The role leads the vision, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive business value and transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce experience, including product ownership or business analysis.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize features.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and admins to refine requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demonstrations.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce platforms.
Monitor KPIs and communicate status, risks, and roadmaps to leadership.
Support release planning, UAT, training, and change management.
