Job summary

TECHOHANA in the United States seeks a senior consultant to manage multiple concurrent client engagements across the Salesforce and Certinia ecosystems. You will set strategic direction, guide difficult decisions, and act as a trusted advisor to client executives while mentoring other consultants.

You will lead full engagements from discovery through go-live and adoption, translate business objectives into concrete consulting strategies, and proactively address delivery risks and scope changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional consulting or services experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream engagements from discovery to adoption.
• Experience working with executives and handling risk escalations.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to client sites.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job description

Own multiple complex, strategic client engagements at once across the full Salesforce and Certinia ecosystem. You'll set strategic direction, guide difficult decisions, and act as trusted advisor to client executives while mentoring other consultants. Up to $150,000, with 20-30% travel to client sites.

What you'll do

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with client executives across concurrent engagements
• Translate business objectives into consulting strategy: discovery, prioritization, roadmap
• Lead full engagements or major workstreams from discovery through go-live and adoption
• Identify delivery risks, scope creep, and resourcing concerns early
• Provide senior input on scope changes and change orders
• Coach and develop consultants staffed on your engagements
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, estimates, and pre-sales scoping

Tech environment

Full Salesforce and Certinia ecosystem, spanning platform, product, and functional areas rather than one lane. End-to-end Quote-to-Cash fluency (quoting, contracting, billing, revenue recognition) expected.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience, strong consulting or services background
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations or comparable complex engagements
• Track record independently leading complex, multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder engagements from discovery to adoption
• Experience working directly with executives, including hard conversations on risk and escalations
• Experience coaching and developing other consultants
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to client sites
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience leading advisory work: solution selection, operating-model design, process redesign, org change
• PMP or similar project/program management certification
• Experience with data migration/integration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, Jitterbit, or similar)
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Administrator, App Builder)
• Certinia certifications (Implementation Consultant, Sysadmin for PSA and/or Financial Management Cloud)

Compensation

Up to $150,000
