Job summary

neuraflash seeks an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of IT service management solutions for enterprise clients. The role blends advisory work with hands-on architecture across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ITSM, with a focus on scalable, low-code configurations.

You will own end-to-end SDLC, guide deployment across multiple environments, deliver client demos, and collaborate with AI-focused delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering Salesforce projects, with deep Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience.
• Two+ years working with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce on live engagements.
• Three+ years implementing ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and working knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
• Proven track record leading enterprise Service Cloud and Sales Cloud deployments from the ground up.
• Strong grasp of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs, even when not personally coding.
