Job summary

TECHOHANA is seeking a senior project leader to own complex, high-stakes client delivery engagements from kickoff to closeout. You will govern the program, report to executives, and coach other PMs while traveling 20–30% across the United States.

You will manage scope, budget, risk, and vendor coordination, lead steering committees, and own the integrated plan with milestones and dependencies. Salesforce and Certinia PSA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 20-30% to client sites in the US.

Job description

Own complex, high-risk client delivery engagements end to end, from kickoff through closeout. You'll run governance, report to executives, manage risk, and coach other PMs. Up to $160,000, with 20-30% travel to client sites across the United States.

What you'll do

• Own budgets, forecasts, and financial variance

Tech environment

Salesforce and Certinia PSA. You need to understand these well enough to govern the work, not configure it. Certinia experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 8+ years leading client-facing technology or professional services delivery


• Track record independently leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise-tech implementations


• Experience owning scope, budget, risk, and vendor/stakeholder coordination


• Experience presenting to executives and steering committees


• Comfortable leading hard conversations on scope, budget, or timelines


• Willingness to travel 20-30% to client sites in the US


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PRINCE2


• Salesforce certifications or ecosystem experience


• Background leading data migration, UAT, or org-change workstreams

Compensation

Up to $160,000
