Job summary

Unison is seeking a Product Manager to own the operations technology platform that powers lending, servicing, and customer experience. You’ll own Salesforce, integration layers, Marketing Cloud, and AI agents, reading API specs and guiding engineers to improve processes.

The role is hybrid with 3 days/week in the Omaha, NE office, partnering with multiple teams to optimize workflows, compliance, and data-driven decision making for faster, better outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of product management experience building internal tools, business systems, or B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge including data model, security, and sharing; Salesforce certs are a plus.
• Hands-on integration fluency: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, event-driven architecture.
• Proven track record in workflow automation and process design with measurable improvements.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud journeys, consent management, and outbound messaging compliance.
• Direct experience in loan origination or mortgage servicing is preferred.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and prioritization for operations tech including Salesforce, automations, and AI agents.
• Map end-to-end workflows across account management, processing, underwriting, funding, and servicing.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer journeys via Marketing Cloud with consent controls.
• Identify AI opportunities, design grounding data and guardrails, and measure success metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and manage competing demands under timelines.
• Translate requirements into user stories and lead Agile delivery with Salesforce teams.
• Establish and iterate on metrics to size problems and verify changes work.
