• Familiar with the systems listed (360SMS, Cirrus Insight, FormAssembly, Gearset, Gong, Nintex, Outreach, Provar, Skuid, Talkdesk)

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to management on trends and knowledge gaps from Salesforce data
• Perform Salesforce maintenance tasks and diagnose issues
• Document processes and changes to field history
• Handle tickets to develop Salesforce instance
• Provide Salesforce training and end-user support
• Manage Salesforce roles and profiles and provisioning of users
• Prepare reports for other teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Business Systems on tool administration and integrations
