Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including multi-cloud environments.
• 2+ years in Platform Owner/Lead Admin roles or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with Field Service, Data Cloud, AI/Agentforce, integrations.
• Experience managing third-party partners and Agile delivery.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

• Own Salesforce platform administration, governance, and roadmap.
• Review designs, user stories, releases, and architecture recommendations.
• Lead AI and Agentforce initiatives with ROI tracking.
