Job summary

GreatAmerica is seeking an experienced Platform Administration Leader to guide a team of Platform Administrators in delivering secure, scalable Salesforce-based solutions across key enterprise platforms. You will set strategy, drive execution, and partner with product, engineering, and business teams to optimize platform use and reduce technical debt.

With 8+ years in Enterprise/Salesforce administration and 5+ years in technical leadership, you’ll shape platform roadmaps, ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise/Salesforce Platform Administration or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and code reviews.
• SAFe experience is a plus.
• Experience with middleware and cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Platform Administrators, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Define and execute Salesforce platform administration strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of key enterprise/Salesforce platform initiatives.
• Stay current with platform releases and industry trends; drive adoption.
• Establish controls for security, access, and data governance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on integrations.
• Oversee documentation, change logs, and performance optimization.
• Partner with vendors for support escalations and roadmap planning.
