Job summary

GreatAmerica, a US-based equipment financing leader, is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Engineering. You will lead a high-performing team of developers and admins to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Financial Clouds, balancing technical excellence with strategic leadership.

You will own end-to-end delivery, establish coding standards, stay current with Salesforce releases, and drive CI/CD practices using Copado.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management.
• 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows (screen, record-triggered, auto-launch).
• Proficient in Salesforce security models, data modeling, formulas, and validation rules.
• CI/CD experience with Copado and Git workflows.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce engineers and admins; foster innovation and collaboration.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives with quality and timeliness.
• Establish development standards, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends; drive platform innovation.
• Design scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue, and Financial Clouds.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams; participate in agile ceremonies.
