Job summary

GreatAmerica is seeking a Principal Engineering Leader to guide a team of Platform Administrators focused on Salesforce and enterprise platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive platform strategy, and ensure compliance and security across financial and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have extensive Salesforce admin experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex integrations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Enterprise/Salesforce Platform Administration or Systems Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management preferred.
• Hands-on configuration, upgrades, and release cycles of Salesforce Platforms and related enterprise platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments and working with AML/Compliance considerations.
• SAFe experience preferred; Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Middleware and cross-platform integrations patterns; evaluating third-party solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Platform Administrators and drive platform excellence.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce platforms initiatives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Define and execute Salesforce platform administration strategy and roadmap.
• Review major Salesforce releases and stay current with platform capabilities.
• Establish controls for privileged access and data governance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on integrations and customizations.
