Job summary

GreatAmerica is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Engineering to lead a high-performing team of developers and admins. You will deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and drive platform excellence with governance and best practices.

You will stay current with Salesforce capabilities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners to align business needs with technical delivery while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management.
• 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows (screen, record-triggered, auto-launch).
• Experience with Salesforce security models, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Salesforce engineers and admins.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives with quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish development standards, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends.
• Drive innovation through new Salesforce features, tools, and integrations.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in Governance COE and Architecture Review Boards.
• Design scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue, and Financial Clouds.
