Job summary

GreatAmerica Financial Services is seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Leader - Salesforce to lead a high-performing team of Platform Administrators. You will define and drive the Salesforce platform strategy, prioritize platform initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across essential enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IAM teams, stay current with Salesforce releases, and promote DevOps and continuous delivery while upholding governance

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform administration teams for enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Platform Administrators with a culture of innovation.
• Define and execute Salesforce platform administration strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce platform initiatives with quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish controls for privileged access and data governance; ensure platform health.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement integrations and customizations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to SAFe release planning.
