Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and supporting Salesforce platform solutions.
• 2+ years leading technical teams while contributing to architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing deployments using Git-based source control, CI/CD practices, and multiple Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, roadmap, and daily Salesforce platform operations.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
• Own the Salesforce development lifecycle, including architecture, standards, and deployments.
• Coach the Salesforce Administrator and foster technical excellence.
• Lead cross-functional design and integration with stakeholders.
• Establish platform governance, security controls, and development best practices.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI tools to boost automation.
• Serve as technical owner, resolve complex challenges, and reduce debt.
