Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Manager for the Salesforce Platform to lead strategy, architecture, and operation of our Salesforce environment powering Sales, Support, and customer interactions. The role blends hands-on development with team leadership and governance.

You will drive scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, while aligning with security and enterprise standards. Collaboration with stakeholders across IT, Product, and Finance is essential for ongoing platform

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and supporting Salesforce platform solutions.
• 2+ years leading or managing technical teams in solution architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Salesforce experience acceptable.
• Experience with Git-based deployments, release management, and multiple environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, APIs, and Sales/Service Cloud.
• Ability to evaluate AI capabilities and modern integration patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and operation of Salesforce platform for Sales, Service, and Customer Support.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Clouds using Apex, LWCs, Flow, APIs.
• Own development lifecycle, standards, source control, deployments, environments.
• Lead Salesforce Administrator and foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess needs and implement secure solutions.
• Establish governance, security controls, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI tools; drive innovation.
• Be the trusted technical owner resolving complex challenges and reducing debt.
