Job summary

KeyBank seeks a business analyst-like professional to drive enhancements on the Salesforce and nCino platform. You will gather and translate business requirements for the development team, lead sessions with stakeholders, and ensure the system supports lending processes efficiently.

You will document current and future state processes, write acceptance criteria, and collaborate with product owners to maximize business value while coordinating testing and change management activities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with knowledge of multiple lending types (institutional, middle market, business banking, small business) preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial lending support within loan lifecycle.
• 1-2 years of experience using Salesforce/nCino or other digital loan origination applications.
• Project management experience or experience leading teams/projects.
• Knowledge of system testing concepts.
• Able to plan, multi-task, and work independently with limited direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand current state and opportunities to improve functionality.
• Document current and future state processes with flow diagrams and tools.
• Provide thought leadership in brainstorming and design sessions with business and tech teams.
• Serve as voice of end users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Act as SME on development projects from inception to implementation.
• Capture user stories and translate into detailed technical requirements for developers.
• Write acceptance criteria and test scripts for new functionality.
• Analyze system dependencies to reduce issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate and sign off on testing with teams and end-users.
• Assist with change management and backlog prioritization to maximize value.
