Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Salesforce Developer II to design, develop, and deliver nCino and Salesforce solutions in a banking environment. The role emphasizes Apex, LWC, Flow, and Experience Cloud, with strong focus on integrations and data solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts, support CI/CD processes, and ensure governance and security across the platform while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions onsite in Phoenix.

Qualifications

Experience building and supporting Experience Cloud solutions and portals.
Experience implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and modern patterns.
Experience with data migration, mapping, ETL, data transformation, and data quality initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and platform architecture.
Experience with source control and CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, AutoRABIT, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
Experience with nCino development, configuration, and implementation.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud or banking environments preferred.
Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce where applicable.
Build and maintain custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce capabilities.
Develop and support Experience Cloud portals for customers and partners.
Develop integrations using REST APIs and middleware, Platform Events, and enterprise patterns.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support CI/CD deployment activities and production support processes.
Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for existing applications.
Participate in solution design discussions, reviews, and architecture discussions.
Contribute to development standards, governance, and documentation.
Meet project commitments and manage multiple priorities.
