Job summary

An established financial institution is looking for a Business Analyst to improve loan origination workflows and overall banker experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with nCino and Salesforce in a financial services environment, ensuring system enhancements align with regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within nCino and/or Salesforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending processes and credit underwriting.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate workflows into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to gather requirements and conduct process mapping.
• Support configuration and enhancement of nCino LOS capabilities.
• Lead workshops and ensure system enhancements align with regulatory standards.
