Job summary

Cadreforce is recruiting for a Salesforce Consulting Partner to connect industry priorities with practical transformation roadmaps. You will advise manufacturing clients on Salesforce-driven transformations and lead workshops covering sales, dealer management, customer service, and field service.

You will collaborate with account teams on growth opportunities and support presales, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting or equivalent.
• Experience delivering manufacturing cloud transformations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Advise manufacturing clients on Salesforce-driven transformation roadmaps.
• Lead workshops for sales, dealer management, customer service, field service and partner engagement.
• Support presales, proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate with architects and delivery teams and guide governance.
• Promote Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud adoption and industry practices.
