Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Edison, NJ seeks a Solution Partner - Manufacturing to drive strategic transformation for manufacturing clients using Salesforce solutions. You will define roadmaps, lead solution discussions, and ensure delivery of business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines manufacturing domain expertise with deep Salesforce knowledge to shape proposals and guide end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of consulting, industry, or technology experience.
Minimum 5+ years working with Salesforce solutions.
Deep understanding of Manufacturing industry processes and challenges.
Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing industry clients and executive stakeholders.
Lead business transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce solutions.
Define manufacturing-specific digital transformation roadmaps and business strategies.
Conduct workshops focused on sales transformation, dealer management, customer service, field service, and partner engagement.
Work closely with account teams to identify business opportunities and growth initiatives.
Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, proposal development, and client presentations.
Drive executive governance and stakeholder management across engagements.
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Promote Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud adoption and industry best practices.
Provide thought leadership on manufacturing trends, customer experience transformation, and digital innovation.
