Job summary

PwC is seeking a Salesforce consulting generalist with broad consulting skills to advise clients on Salesforce applications, analyse needs, implement solutions, and provide training for effective utilization. You will mentor teams, drive quality and timelines, and contribute to client objectives.

Role involves leading with integrity, embracing technology, and leveraging diverse strengths to deliver value. Travel and complex engagements are anticipated in a dynamic professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant (Salesforce.com).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and identify linkages and interactions between components of an entire system.
• Take ownership of projects from planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same.
• Effectively mentor others.
• Use work reviews to deepen team expertise.
• Address conflicts with clients, team members and stakeholders, escalating when appropriate.
