Job summary

Turnberry Solutions seeks a Principal Consultant focused on Salesforce for the Manufacturing/Construction industries. The role involves shaping visions, guiding the sales cycle, and architecting solutions to drive business outcomes, with emphasis on low-code Salesforce capabilities.

You will lead discovery, design, and requirements sessions, work closely with clients and delivery teams, and ensure successful transitions from sales to delivery. Onsite presence and travel are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce certifications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales solutioning with Salesforce products and integrations.
• Lead design and requirements sessions with clients during sales meetings.
• Analyze requirements and provide strategic recommendations with team leads and stakeholders.
• Estimate delivery efforts using pricing models (time/materials, fixed fee, etc.).
• Recommend delivery team structure and resource mix for success.
• Transfer knowledge during sales-to-delivery transition and oversee build.
• Collaborate on Salesforce design/architecture with technical counterparts.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure project success and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with sales for additional phases and managed services opportunities.
