Baker Tilly is seeking a Salesforce-focused consultant to design and configure Salesforce solutions for clients. You will build architectures, implement declarative components, and create analytics within Salesforce, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Admin 201; Admin 301 and Cloud Consultant certs are a plus. Travel ~5% and collaboration with delivery teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Data Loader and/or DemandTools.
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301) preferred.
• Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Build architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Create on-record analytics and reports in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce objects and account model.
• Install and configure AppExchange apps and proprietary tools.
• Lead workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback.
