Job summary

Litify is seeking a Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join our Services team. You will own configuration of the Litify platform during client implementations, collaborating with Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, well-architected solutions.

In this role you will build declarative Salesforce solutions, test and deploy, present demos to clients, and document findings to elevate delivery quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years hands-on Salesforce Administrator or Consultant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered Flows, loops, collection variables, subflows, and custom UI components).
• Declarative development of custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Web Page assignments, dynamic forms, and record types.
• Hands-on experience migrating, cleansing, and mapping complex relational data using Apex Data Loader.
• Deep knowledge of profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, and sharing rules.
• Comfortable leading client-facing technical demos, gathering requirements, and collaborating in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across 2–4 simultaneous projects and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Build: Translate client requirements into scalable solutions following Litify and Salesforce best practices.
• Support Client Engagements: Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects on client calls and technical discussions.
• Execute Full Build Cycles: Design, configure, test, and deploy declarative Salesforce solutions and platform extensions.
• Present Technical Solutions: Demo completed builds to internal and client stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Continuously Improve: Document discovery findings and share configuration best practices within the team.
