Job summary

Accenture seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead the functional design of a defined workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program. You will run requirements and design sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of functional analysts and configurators through delivery.

You will partner with technical leads, own design decisions, and help evolve architecture while driving quality and scalability across the program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Salesforce functional design
• Experience delivering Life Sciences Salesforce solutions
• 1+ year in Life Sciences patient services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong workshop and stakeholder facilitation

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for an assigned Salesforce Life Sciences workstream.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming and defect triage.
• Guide analysts and offshore team, providing coaching and quality oversight.
