Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end-to-end functional design within a Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and collaborate with client owners and technical leads to drive delivery.

You bring hands-on experience in Life Sciences processes, a strong ability to design declarative solutions, and proven coaching of analysts and configurators. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce experience in functional design or solution consulting.
• 3+ years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's degree, 6+ years of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and prototypes.
• Make day-to-day design decisions and elevate cross-workstream decisions.
• Guide offshore team members, provide coaching and quality oversight.
• Contribute to architecture governance, design reviews, testing and deployment.
