Job summary

You will drive requirements sessions, shape business processes into Salesforce designs, and ensure quality through design reviews and governance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in functional design, business analysis or solution consulting.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate's Degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences program workstream.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners; translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
• Configure Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities; build prototypes and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
