Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to own end-to-end functional design for a defined workstream within a Life Sciences program. You will translate business processes into Salesforce solutions and guide a team of analysts and configurators to delivery.

You will lead workshops with client owners, review designs with technical leads, and help drive testing, data migration, and user adoption. Travel may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients or another regulated industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for an assigned workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners and translate outcomes into user stories and specifications.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities, building prototypes and walkthroughs for stakeholder validation.
• Make day-to-day design decisions within your domain and escalate cross-workstream decisions to the lead architect.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure designs are buildable and support estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming.
